So! Tell me your greatest fear.
An then tell me what would happen if it came true.
And then tell me WHY you fear it.
I used to fear a lot of things, but it came to my mind that they all had one thing in common- they were all out of my control. They were gonna happen whether I had anything to do with them or not.
Realizing this reduced my fears to worries. All of them. So now, I don't have fears. I just have worries.
I'm still way outta control but I'm a lot less inhibited and much more self-assured. I have more confidence in myself, more presence.
